Educational outreach programs:
iHub.Africa provides innovative access to opportunities to African youth that will unlock the potential of the next generation, connecting them to the local & global digital economy. It is a skills development social enterprise aligning itself with South Africa’s National Development Plan. The students are graduates of tertiary education and/or small business owners. The iHub Program currently runs synchronized in two in Cape Town and Johannesburg for 10 months. I taught process control, defined and empirical, plus iterative and incremental, and the Scrum Framework. It was a virtual classroom, experiential in nature using Miro. In the second week, I taught a module on collaboration. There were 40 students.
