Who Am I?

I am an experienced business and leadership professional with experience in Agile processes and frameworks, leadership, management methods, project and program management. I train, consult, and coach in all of these areas. I help teams become high-performing, and help large organisations collaborate to deliver improved results. I am in my element when facilitating large groups of people to achieve better outcomes. I am experienced in navigating governance and processes to facilitate Agile in highly regulated corporate environments. I am a passionate educator and get energised by providing in-person training. I live in Johannesburg with my husband and two cats. In my spare time, you’ll find me reading or gazing lovingly at my collection of fountain pens.
